Ingredients you will need:
- Powdered sugar- 1 ½ cup
- Granulated sugar- 1 cup
- Unbleached flour- 1 cup
- Egg whites- 1 ½ cup
- Cream of tartar- 1 ½ teaspoons
- Vanilla bean paste- 2 teaspoons
- Almond- ¼ teaspoon
- Salt- ¼ teaspoon
Procedure:
The first step of baking has preheated the oven to 350 degrees. Mix the flour and powdered sugar in a mixing bowl. In another mixer bowl, strike egg whites fully, cream of tartar, salt, vanilla extract and almond extract at high speed. Beat until the sugar is softened and egg whites are lashed into stiff peaks. Do not scrape edges of the bowl during a beating, this will deflate the air that you are incorporating into the egg whites. Fold in flour mix about 1/3 at a time, with a rubber spatula just until flour dissolves. Pour mix into unprepared 10-inch bundt pan. Cut through batter to break large air foams with the metal spatula. Bake for 30-45 minutes or until a nice golden color or until completion. Remove from oven and set upside- down until cooled. Check the cake, whether it is fully baked or not. After that cool it to room temperature. Now add your creativity in that cake and present before your family and friends to make that moment happy.
